A steady hand for your watch.
Careful repair and service for hand-wound and automatic watches. We work at a measured pace so the work is done right the first time.
What we do
Three ways we can help
Each service is scoped to what the watch needs — nothing extra, nothing missing.
Lume & Hands Refresh
Gentle cleaning of hands and, where suitable, careful renewal of luminous material to improve low-light legibility. We work conservatively to keep the dial's character.
- Low-light legibility restored
- Dial character preserved
- Conservative, reversible approach
Case Refinishing
Light refinishing of case and bracelet surfaces to reduce visible scratches while preserving original lines. We match brushed and polished areas to the factory pattern as closely as the metal allows.
- Scratch reduction, not reshaping
- Factory finish pattern matched
- Brushed and polished zones respected
Complete Mechanical Service
A full disassembly, clean, lubrication, and timing check for hand-wound and automatic movements. Returned with a written condition note and a coverage period on the work.
- Full disassembly and clean
- Timing verified on multiple positions
- Written condition note provided

Does your watch need some attention?
Describe what you have noticed — a drop in accuracy, surface wear, or hands that no longer glow — and we will let you know what makes sense.
Why Lumecase
What shapes our approach
Honest Assessment First
We look at the watch before quoting. What you are told reflects what we actually find.
Conservative by Default
We do less rather than more unless you say otherwise. Originality is worth keeping.
Written Records
Completed work is returned with a written condition note. You have a record you can refer to later.
Accurate Timing Checks
Rate testing across multiple positions using a timing machine, not just a guess by the dial hand.
Clear Communication
We explain what we have found and what we intend to do in plain language, before we do it.
Transparent Pricing
Prices for each service are listed. No adjustment unless the scope changes after inspection — and we ask first.
Common questions
Things people ask before dropping off
How do I send my watch in for service?
How long does a complete service take?
What movements do you work on?
Are the listed prices fixed?
Is there a coverage period on mechanical service work?
Will case refinishing remove all scratches?
